Safety Leadership Development Academy Aim

The aim of this academy is to develop the knowledge, and skill of leaders and safety professionals so we have safer workplaces by ensure that safety is considered in all decisions and behaviour in our organisations.

Our Academy uses ISO 45001- 2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems as the foundation to identify and provide the leadership and behavioural safety skill development to support achieving WHS safety integrity.

Trevor Strother

Trevor Strother

Trevor is passionate about supporting leaders to enhance their organisation’s workplace health and safety culture. His approach is unique as he believes workplace health and safety is influenced by all that happens in an organisation, not just the relationships between worker and their immediate work.

His approach has been developed after reviewing many workplace incidents and applying his understanding of organisational behaviour as well as his many years of executive leadership and international safety leadership consulting, educating and coaching experience.

Trevor has worked with clients such as Exxon Mobil, Valaris, Weatherford, BP, Shell, Carigali Hess and Bristow to identify, develop and implement a range of safety culture development strategies from culture reviews, worksite coaching to facilitating workshops. He has facilitated projects globally in countries such as Nigeria, Angola, Brazil, India, UAE, UK, USA, and Thailand.
